CHRISTIANO RONALO and Real Madrid wil be the banker for all Blacks, Whites and Asians in tonight’s Soccer 6 Pool 2, but what the heck, a Soccer 6 win is a Soccer 6 win and generally they pay well even with solid bankers like this. Take a flyer on the Racingweb Tote!

PLATINUM STARS VS AJAX CAPE TOWN
Struggling of late and beaten 2-0 away at Santos on weekend. Home form fair and will be competitive. Fine performance in 2-1 away win against Sundowns. Another trip to the Reef but face an out-of form team here
AMAZULU VS GOLDEN ARROWS
Under pressure team who were badly beaten away in Witbank, need a victory to regain confidence but local derby never easy. Showing mediocre form since qualifying for the MTN final. Beat Amazulu twice this season and will fancy their chances here.
NEWCASTLE UNITED VS QPR
4-0 away win at Ipswich has the Magpies favourites for promotion. Injury concerns a worry but fancied to win here. Back to back victories over Cardiff and Barnsley have the Londoners confident of a result. Tough game though.
NOTTINGHAM FOREST VS SCUNTHORPE
Badly needed result and will fancy their chances for another. Inconsistent, but face another struggler here. Improved of late after several poor early performances. Defensive lapses a major concern.
BORDEAUX VS MACCABI HAIFA
1-1 away draw at Juventus gives the Frenchmen a great chance to progress with a win here. Meet weakest group team. Thumped 3-0 at home to Bayern Munich, another hard game here for the expected group-whipping boys.
AC MILAN VS FC ZURICH
Inzaghi inspired victory at Marseille gives the Italians a head start to qualify. Beat the Swiss team in last years Europa Cup. 5-2 home defeat by Real Madrid in group opener, goalkeeping errors gave them 2 goals. Another tough match ahead.

CSKA MOSCOW VS BESIKTAS
Home form a major advantage and will need to improve after losing 3-1 to Wolfsburg. Crucial match here. Goals continue to haunt the Turkish Champions, unfortunate when losing 1-0 to Man United in first game.
APOEL NICOSIA VS CHELSEA
Cyprus team who drew away with Athletico Madrid in opening fixture. Understandably underdogs at home. Disappointing 3-1 defeat at Wigan on weekend. Good chance to secure European progression against a mediocre outfit.
BAYERN MUNICH VS JUVENTUS
The signing of Robben has boosted their squad for this, a key group game. Toughest opponent and need a decent result to secure qualification. Several injury worries and late goal secured a valuable point away at Genoa. Hardest match in group and will be under pressure in Bavaria.
FC PORTO VS ATHLETICO MADRID
Gutsy display in 1-0 away defeat at Chelsea, will fancy their chances here and need to win to progress. Terrible performance in home draw with Cypriot Champions. League form poor as well, improvement needed.
MANCHESTER UNITED VS WOLFSBURG
Improved form of late and meet German Champions on a high. Tricky customer here and will have to defend well. Slow start in their League, but recent results have been good. Won first group game and a bold performance expected.
REAL MADRID VS MARSEILLE
Star-studded line-up who are expected to bulldoze this French outfit. Plenty goal scoring options. Will be under pressure early in this testing encounter. Conceding an early will be disastrous here.
